Wheeljack and Ratchet built the Dinobots after small earthquakes reveal old dinosaur bones inspire them to make robots with traits of dinosaurs.Grimlock, Slag, Sludge were the first three Dinobots made. After the fixed the bugs with them, Optimus let them make two more Dinobots, Swoop and Snarl.
